free and does not have any limitations. A lot of the other sitemap
creators usually have a limit of 500 URLs unless you pay for their
services.

XML-Sitemaps.org is probably one of the more popular online sitemap generators,
but they also offer a
standalone version at a very reasonable price.
Google Sitemap Tools
Google Sitemap Tools is a free filtering program for a sitemap that is already generated.
It will help you edit your XML and upload it.

GWebCrawler & Google Sitemap Creator is a small program created in VB.NET and ran locally on your computer.
It has a few features that you might find interesting.

I tried this one, and even though it looked like a great program, a few
simple steps and I could not get it to spider my website unfortunately.
